Prices shown are per person based on a party of at least 2 adults traveling together and sharing a room (twin sharing). Each date is a guaranteed departure with a minimum of 2 guests. The Single Room Supplement cost is in addition to the Twin Sharing cost for those who would like a single room. Upon your arrival in Beijing, you will be met for your transportation to the hotel. Receive assistance with check-in and have the remainder of the day at your leisure.
Begin your city tour visiting the Forbidden City, which is the largest and the best-preserved imperial palace complex in the world. Then tour Tiananmen Square with an outside view of the National Grand Theater. Afterwards, visit the Summer Palace, where we will enjoy a relaxing boat ride on Kunming Lake. Lastly, Stop by the Tongrentang Chinese Medicine Institute, which was designated to provide medicine for the royal pharmacy of the imperial palace of the Qing Dynasty. Peking Duck Dinner will be served tonight.
Looking like a gigantic dragon across deserts, grasslands and mountains, the Great Wall of China is one of the 'Eight Wonders of the World'. We tour the Juyongguan portion of the Great Wall in the morning and stop by a Jade Workshop where we will gain insight about precious jade. Afterwards, pay a visit to the Changling Tomb of the Ming Tombs, and then drive by the Olympic Village and have a photo stop at the Bird’s Nest & Water Cube Stadiums.

After breakfast, we will visit Suzhou’s Lotus Garden, also named the Couple's Garden, a cultural heritage site. Visit the silk embroidery factory for a demonstration on the silk-making process, and then transfer to Wuxi after lunch and pay a visit to the Xue family Garden, the former residence of Xue Fucheng and a historical place protected by the city government. Later, visit the Zisha Tea-Pot Center, and have the evening free at your leisure.
After breakfast visit Li Garden, located on the banks of the Lake and which is regarded as one of the main beautiful spots of Tai Lake. The garden is surrounded with water on three sides. Head to a Pearl Breeding Center for a short visit and then drive to Hangzhou where you’ll visit the Leifeng Pagoda before having the evening free at your leisure.

Today, see the “Three Pools Mirroring the Moon” site of three small pavilions on the water, also shown on the 1 RMB note, and then visit the Dragon Well Tea Plantation to have a taste of the famous Dragon Well green tea. Later, transfer to Shanghai, and stop by a Jewel Store before visiting Nanjing Road, the most popular commercial center in China, and then continue on to visit the Bund, the famed waterfront area regarded as the symbol of Shanghai for hundreds of years.

Meet at the hotel at the appointed time for your transportation to the airport for your departure flight. Checkout at 12 noon.
