This little island in Indonesia remains one of the world's most sought after destinations with her idyllic beaches and rich culture amongst dramatic landscapes, warm people and storied temples. Balinese food? You'll never look back. Eat, Pray, Love sure, but Eat, Pray, Eat may just as well be a suitable moniker as Bali dishes up some of the most delectable local cuisine to be found in Indonesia. The beaches range from a haven for surfers to a relaxed coastline where swimming and R & R are the norm. See terraced rice paddies, explore the artist haunts in Ubud, marvel at volcanoes, stroll through temples of lore, and much more. Bali indeed offers unparalleled luxury, but the island is incredibly affordable too. Take a look at and get in touch to get your trip planning started!

Upon arrival in Bali, you will be met at the airport for transportation to the hotel. The remainder of the day is at your leisure.
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before your full day tour of Bali's Kintamani region. Experience the beauty of the Kintamani region. Bali is famous for its dances and this tour begins with an introduction to this mystical tradition. At your first stop, you will marvel at the Barong and Keris dances as they tell a story from the ancient Ramayana. This graceful dance expresses the eternal struggle between good and evil spirits, leading up to the dramatic climax of the magical Keris (dagger) dance. Next, we proceed to the Village of Kemenuh to visit the talented Balinese woodcarving artists in their traditional workshops. See how they make beautiful artistic statues from a single block of wood. The journey continues in Kintamani where we will enjoy lunch with a magnificent landscape view of Lake Batur and active volcano Mount Batur. Our final destination is Tampaksiring, “The Fountain of Youth” and Holy Spring.
Enjoy the full day at your leisure.
Today, take a full day out to explore the Eastern Balinese landscape dominated by towering Mount Agung. At 3,142 meters, it is Bali’s tallest and most sacred volcano. Despite a 1963 eruption, the Besakih Temple Complex is built on one of the volcano’s slopes. This pinnacle of Balinese faith is called the Mother Temple by the Hindu population of the island. At Bukit Jambul, we will stop for a refreshing view of the valley and time for lunch (own account). During the journey through eastern Bali, we will visit the traditional village of Penglipuran. The intriguing social structure of the village dates back to the 16th century when it was founded by the Kehen Kingdom. On the way back we will visit the Hall of Justice (Kerta Gosa) in Klungkung. It is recommended that participants bring a sarong to wear at the Besakih Temple.
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and the morning at your leisure. In the afternoon, depart on a half-day shopping-cultural tour. Bali is a shopper’s paradise, if you know where to go. This tour is specially designed to make shopping easier for the traveler. The tour guide will take you to various markets where you will be able to find great handcrafted souvenirs to take home. Batubulan Village has become renowned for stone carving art. Those who prefer gold to stone should save their money for Celuk Village. This area features the work of some of the finest precious metal jewelry designers in Indonesia. Bali also has a strong wood carving tradition, which is most clearly evidenced in the village of Mas. The intricacies of the designs always inspire awe. The final leg of this shopping adventure will take place in Ubud, where you will be able to purchase modern and traditional paintings or just admire the village life. After a full day of shopping, you will be able put your feet up and enjoy the famous Kecak & Fire dance during the evening.
After breakfast, meet at the hotel for your transportation to the airport.
Day 2: Take a guided tour of Bali's Kintamani region.
