Upon arrival at the Incheon International Airport, you will be met by our representative holding a name-board in the arrivals area. Receive a warm welcome and then transfer to your hotel by private vehicle. The rest of the day is at your leisure. Stay three nights in Seoul.
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and then meet in the hotel lobby at the appointed time for your full day group tour of Seoul. Head to Gyeongbokgung palace, once the primary residence for the royal family of the Joseon Dynasty, and which is regarded as the most beautiful palace in Korea. Tour the National Folk Museum, located on the compound of Gyeongbok palace, and in the afternoon, depart the city and visit the Korean Folk Village. This Folk Village provides a look at traditions from 18th & 19th century Korea where you can see traditional homes, dress, and artwork, and learn of traditional Korean life & culture. In the late afternoon, return to your hotel for the evening at your leisure.
This morning, depart for the Demilitarized Zone. It has been over 50 years since the outbreak of the Korean War and the drawing of the 249km cease-fire line from the East Sea to the Yellow Sea creating the Demilitarized Zone. Symbolizing both war and peace and division and unification, the DMZ is a place where time has come to stop. You will visit Imjingak Park, Freedom Bridge, the 3rd infiltration Tunnel, Dora Observatory, and Dorasan Station before returning to Seoul for the late afternoon and evening at your leisure. Tour disbands at Seoul City Hall.
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and you will then be met at the appointed time for your transportation to the airport.
