“We saw so much wildlife. We saw 4 of the Big 5 the first day out and later the Wildebeest migration. We heard a lion hunting & feeding very near our camp on the first night. The food, accommodations & safaris were great. It was wonderful, fantastic, not enough superlatives to describe the experience."

Upon arrival at the International Airport in Nairobi, you’ll meet your driver-guide for transportation to your hotel for the night. The balance of the day is free at your leisure.
Depart the hotel after breakfast and head to Lake Nakuru National Park for your first game drive. On the floor of the Great Rift Valley, surrounded by wooded and bushy grassland, lies the beautiful Lake Nakuru National Park. You can enjoy the wide ecological diversity and varied habitats that range from Lake Nakuru itself to the surrounding escarpment and picturesque ridges. Lake Nakuru National Park is ideal for bird watching, rhino sightings, and other wildlife from big cats to giraffe, zebra, gazelle and more. At the conclusion of your day on safari, head to the hotel for the evening to rest at leisure.
Take a drive through towns, villages, and countryside to the Mara National Reserve and arrive in time for lunch at your hotel followed by an afternoon game viewing drive. The Maasai Mara is arguably Kenya’s most popular game reserve. The image of acacia trees dotting endless grass plains epitomises Africa for many, and by adding a Maasai warrior and some cattle to the picture you’ve got the image of the Mara National Reserve. There is a profusion of all types of wildlife including the big five. The game reserve abounds with birdlife since close to about four hundred and fifty two odd species have been recorded. Return to the hotel for dinner and some time to recount the day’s sightings with fellow travelers.
Take morning and afternoon game drives and enjoy leisure time taking in the hotel’s views or relaxing by the pool. Today also includes an immersive visit inside a Maasai village to gain further insight in day-to-day life, local culture, and the importance of the Mara National Reserve to the communities.
Take a scenic morning flight over the savannah to the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania, stopping en route to complete border formalities and to change aircraft. On arrival at the airstrip in the Serengeti, take a short drive to the hotel set on a ridge overlooking a wide expanse of the savannah. Take an afternoon safari and then return to the hotel for dinner and free time.
Take a full day game drive with a picnic lunch in the wild. Situated in the heart of Tanzania, the Central Serengeti encompasses the world-famous Seronera Valley which is known for its prime wildlife-viewing opportunities. This picture-perfect landscape is characterised by endless stretches of savannah-covered open plains, interspersed by rocky outcrops of granite, scattered with acacia woodlands and covered in a network of rivers and streams. Return to the hotel in the late afternoon for dinner and the evening free.
Depart the plains of the Serengeti and head towards the crater walls of the Ngorongoro volcano. Ascend the walls and stop for a view into the caldera before the otherworldly descent into the domain of wildlife on the crater floor. Lunch will be enjoyed from the hotel with commanding views into the crater. After lunch, take a game drive to the crater floor in search of rhino, lion, elephant, plains of wildebeest, hippo pools and more. Stay one night at the Serena Ngorongoro Crater with some of the most awe-inspiring views in the world.
Enjoy a leisurely morning admiring the stunning views overlooking the crater floor from your hotel and then depart passed Masai villages, rural towns, and rolling countryside to the city of Arusha where you’ll enjoy lunch at the Arusha Coffee Lodge. At the required time, transportation to the Kilimanjaro International Airport is included.
Gain insight into Kenya's rich culture.
Day 6: Take game drives in the Serengeti National Park.
