Enjoy a colonial town’s tour by an immaculate old Willy´s jeep (typical transportation of the region). Embark on a visit to some typical coffee villages in the Quindio Mountains, through the Center Guadua and Bamboo, the towns of Rio Verde, Córdoba, Pijao and Buenavista. Today, you will have the chance to get behind the scenes of coffee production. We'll shadow the staff of one of the Cafe San Alberto to see the entire process from start to finish. After seeing the coffee process from the field we'll set out in search of the end product and a coffee tasting session. Lunch is included. Return to the hacienda for the balance of the day free at your leisure.

Visit the Castillo de San Felipe de Barajas, a UNESCO World Heritage Site built during the colonial era to protect Spanish interests from invasions by the English and French. Explore Cerro de la Popa, where you will find a church and colonial convent constructed in the 17th century.
